In case you have ever wondered, staging your home in Frisco or Plano areas is just as imperative as staging in the Parks area or Irving, if you want to get the best price. After all, it is the reason I can not talk myself into moving…because I know that I have to stage it and I know what goes into that.

Staging is very important. It certainly can make a difference with how quickly your home sells in this market. After a buyer sees so many homes, they start to look the same. Staging can make a HUGe difference in the appearance and overall outcome of the sale.
