In the past couple years, I have established myself as one of the premier searched listings on Google for Texas families searching out information about the use of the owelty as a way to split up equity from their home. If I were to add up the numbers from all the people who call me, regarding their needs in an owelty refinance, I bet 90% or more are calling me because another loan officer has messed up the process or a large entity such as the top 3 major banks in America are dragging their process out over more than a month or two. In the end, this 90% or greater of prospects are just finding out that when they use a local retail bank, or some largely commercialized lender they see on TV or hear on the radio, to handle their lending needs in owelty, they are very unhappy with the experience of the loan officer and over all service of the company. For that matter, this is what I find for home buyers/borrowers in all transactions. I heard today in a conference, one of America’s top banks has had their loan officer numbers in the broker world drop in 1 year, from over 2,000 to under 700.
GOODNESS! Consumers, you are doing a very poor job of taking the initiative to evaluate your service providers when it comes to deciding on what lender or loan officer you want to use when applying for your owelty refinance, and again for that matter, purchase of your home or refinancing needs.
If you are considering a refiance, especially the refinance with the involvement of the owelty, try calling Friso’s one an only, Your Mortgage Guy For Life…IE, Brad Lynch, IE ME. Many times, my job would be much easier if I wasn’t cleaning up someone else’s inexperienced mess. Come to me first, and I’ll save you money and time.
Look through my previous owelty posts to get a good idea of what this refinance consists of, and it’s pros and cons versus other options. Look at the list of posts below. If you are the type that needs no prior learning of the programs and would rather hear it from the horses mouth, call me directly in Frisco.

Do you mind if I quote a few of your articles as long as I provide credit and
sources back to your site? My website is in the very same area of interest as yours
and my users would really benefit from a lot of the information you
provide here. Please let me know if this okay with you.
