I took that statement to heart, and I set up my business so that my clients could work personally with me throughout the process of their transaction and get me on the phone.

Without fail, I energetically answer my phone or return phone calls faster than my competition. I know the mortgage products in an industry where making guesses no longer works. I advise my clients with accurate expectations that save them money and I do not let them take control of the process no matter how hard they try…I am the expert/pilot, and they are the passenger. With the deepest of integrity, I offer my borrowers a competitive rate and fee structure EVERYTIME and never take advantage of the people who leave there trust in me. I stick close to my transactions from beginning to end, and sit side by side with the majority of my clients at closing to show them that I am “front and center” proud of the work I put in for them. Lastly, my loans close on time!
My staff of processors, underwriters, funders, closers, operations managers, CEO’s, and account reps care about me and my business, and the people whom I work with in my business. They are committed to getting my loans closed on time.
It is not a couple of the aforementioned details above that I do from transaction to transaction that set me apart, I do all of them on every transaction.
