After talking with the nice people at Bloomfield Homes in Prosper yesterday, I decided to make my first Post as an advocate for a Custom Builder. The reason why, they care about delivering their home at the right price. Like me, they have built a company platform where their employees and management are close enough, they have the chance to talk and express the concerns and demands of their target clientele. For me, there is a lot of value in having a mission to maximize company profits by service rather than by premium. If you treat people right, give them the right value, in the end, you create a referral business that grows.
Let me share a paragraph verbatim from a flyer I pulled from their office on my visit yesterday,
“Prosper is booming with productivity and development, and is sure to be the focal point of DFW during upcoming years. Massive multi-billion dollar developments, both residential and commercial, are already underway in Prosper. Most recently, the Dallas North Tollway was completed and opened up to and beyond highway 380, allowing Prosper’s commuter traffic to be in downtown Dallas in less than 45 minutes.”
With that said, Bloomfield has done their homework, and as housing builds beyond Frisco and colonizes near the highway, as commuting continues to be a, pardon the pun, driving factor in how families choose where to live.
Cedar Ridge is very easily located off Preston Rd, a single mile North of highway 380 and 2 miles from the Dallas north Tollway! Although Prosper is several miles North of most homeowners in Frisco, many of these to-be homeowners in Prosper will be close enough to Preston and the highway, they will find themselves in the mainstream traffic to Dallas a lot faster than a good majority of Frisco commuters. Trust me, I live in Frisco!
Do not miss your opportunity to find family centered, small town environment, and a place that focuses on academic excellence for your kids, when you are looking into Collin County and Denton County as your next place to drop your roots.
Oh, tell Matt that Brad Lynch sent ya!
